Hospital CBO Operations Trainer

 The Operations Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering job-specific training to business office staff.  This includes new hire training, existing team member reinforcement training, and supplemental training as processes change in the organization.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Document existing job processes and create comprehensive training reference materials for each major CBO function including screen shots with step-by-step instructions.   
  • Validate processes with CBO management.
  • Present materials to new and existing employees in a classroom setting. 
  • Test for knowledge retention.
  • Review and assist revenue cycle vendors in creating and validating training materials for their teams to ensure that CBO processes are being followed.


Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of five (5) years hospital billing and collecting experience.

Req. Certification/Licensure: None.
