Hospital CBO Operations Trainer

We are hospitals and affiliated medical groups, working closely together for the benefit of every person who comes to us for care.  The Operations Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering job-specific training to business office staff.  This includes new hire training, existing team member reinforcement training, and supplemental training as processes change in the organization.



Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Document existing job processes and create comprehensive training reference materials for each major CBO function including screen shots with step-by-step instructions.   
  • Validate processes with CBO management.
  • Present materials to new and existing employees in a classroom setting. 
  • Test for knowledge retention.
  • Review and assist revenue cycle vendors in creating and validating training materials for their teams to ensure that CBO processes are being followed.


Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience: Minimum of five (5) years hospital billing and collecting experience.

Req. Certification/Licensure: None.
